Personal data policy in the Forum for Green Health

We process personal data and must comply with the law and the principles of good data processing. We only process personal data for clear and factual purposes and based on the association's legitimate interests. We only process personal information that is relevant and necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, and we delete your information when it is no longer needed - or when you ask us to do so.

Responsible for the processing of your personal data

Forum for Green Health Denmark is data responsible, and we ensure that your personal information is processed in accordance with applicable law. You can always contact the association's contact person, who is:

Processing of personal data

We only process ordinary personal information, which is: Name, address, registration date, telephone number, e-mail address and any information about status as a student or pensioner.

Where do we collect information from?

We only process information that we receive from yourself.

The purpose of the association is the processing of your personal data

We process your personal data for specific purposes when we have a legal reason (legal basis). The purposes of processing information about the association's members are:

  • To collect contingent and send newsletter

  • To be able to deliver services or goods you have ordered

  • To manage your relationship with the association, e.g. in connection with the general meeting

  • That we can run the association's activities, including planning, implementing and following up on them

Legal reasons to process information about you are:

  • That we as an association have a (legitimate) interest in processing your information

  • That it is necessary for us to fulfill an agreement with you

  • That you have given consent for us to process your information

Disclosure of your personal information

We do not pass on information about you to others outside the association - e.g. for marketing purposes - without your consent.

Storage and deletion of your personal information

We will delete information about you six months after your membership expires.

Your rights

When we process your information, you have according to Personal Data Regulation 1 series of rights:

  • You have the right to be informed that we process information about you - that is what we inform you about in this privacy policy (as an association we have a duty to provide information)

  • You have the right to access the information we process about you (right of access)

  • You have the right to have incorrect information about you corrected (the right to rectification)

  • You have the right to have information about you deleted (the right to be forgotten)

  • You have the right to object to the use of your information for marketing purposes

  • You have the right to move your information - ie. that we must provide the information we have about you in a commonly used format (the right to data portability)

You can make use of your rights, including objecting to our treatment, by contacting us. You will find contact information at the top here in the privacy policy.

If you contact us with a request to have your personal information corrected or deleted, we will investigate whether the conditions have been met, and if so, implement changes or deletion as soon as possible.

You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities - the Danish Data Protection Agency - about the processing of your personal data.

Revision of the privacy policy

We reserve the right to change the association's privacy policy. When we change the Privacy Policy, we also change the date at the top of this document. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified.
